Who we are

KURA is a private-access network operated by S.T. Mashal770 Ltd. ("KURA", "we", "us"). This notice explains what we do with the details you share on this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, country or region, a destination country, the number of guests, a budget range, optional preferred dates, your interests, your preferred way to be contacted, and the free-text description of your best moment. We also record which part of the page the enquiry came from and the page address.

If you add a WhatsApp number, or contact us through the WhatsApp button, we use that number and your message only to reply to you. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to you, to understand what you are looking for, and, with your consent, to contact you about relevant experiences, offers and partnerships. You give this consent by ticking the box on the form before you send it.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are held in KURA's private records. They are saved to a private spreadsheet and sent by email to the KURA concierge team, using reliable services. The spreadsheet is not public and is available only to authorised KURA team members.

What this website stores on your device

The website remembers your chosen language and, after you send an enquiry, your first name so that it can greet you on a return visit. These are held in your browser's local storage on your own device. The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it loads no third-party scripts.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We use reliable services to store and deliver enquiries, and these providers process the data on our behalf. We may share your details with trusted partners, producers, hosts and service providers that are relevant to your request, whenever we consider it needed to arrange, respond to or follow up on that request. We may also disclose your details where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to stay in touch about relevant opportunities, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You may ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to have them deleted, or to withdraw your consent to be contacted. Send a request through the enquiry form and begin your message with the words "Privacy request". We will respond personally.

We may change this notice at any time. A change takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when the notice was last updated. Please check this page from time to time.
